15 years of amazing interiors. 15 years of a beautiful partnership.

15 years of growing and acclaimed projects and a successful business. Lemon Interior Design is a powerful brand and the story of the creative people behind it – Cristina Căpitanu and Elena Oancea – is a story about inspiration and friendship. Lemon Interior Design is the cover story of the latest Business Magazin issue that presents the brand’s evolution and the two founders’ next plans.

In the past years the buyers’ demands have changed together with their lifestyle: when it comes to the places where they spend most of their time – offices and homes – the busy clients have specific requirements. And Lemon Interior Design evolved with their demands: the brand started as a residential interior design boutique and evolved towards a successful business that entered the office segment in 2019 and is currently heading for 5 million euros revenues.

What are their next plans?

Cristina Căpitanu and Elena Oancea admit that 2019 represents an important moment for the company:

"This year has been a very important one so far, as it coincides with the expansion of our company in the office segment. In 2018, we had a turnover of approximately 3.5 million euros, and this business growth leads both to increase the team, as well as developing the office division and diversifying our portfolio”,

says Elena Oancea.

Their business development plans continue to focus on increasing the office division as well as continuing the series of projects outside the country.

"We have had several projects abroad in the past, but now we feel we have all the resources to enter more into this market as well",

says Cristina Căpitanu.

In addition, they intend to contribute with their efforts to developing the Romanian interior design market, through a hub dedicated to the specialists in the field.
