On May 17th, 2022, the first edition of Forbes Residential Buildings Gala - The New Way of Living took place following a Forbes Romania concept.
The awards gala was a high-profile event and Forbes Romania set out to recognize and reward the most important players on the Romanian residential market. Last night, the companies that reinvented themselves and adapted to the new requirements imposed by the current context were awarded.
Thus, One United Properties, the leading real estate developer of sustainable residential, office, and mixed-use real estate in Romania was awarded at the gala with the award for the largest developer of luxury residential spaces. Beatrice Dumitrascu, CEO of Residential Division, took the stage to receive the awards on behalf of the company. One United Properties, a developer with a market capitalization of over 3 billion lei, obtained last year revenues of over 1 billion lei, more than double the previous year, and currently has six construction sites, building over 1,600 housing units.
On top of that, the award for the most dynamic name in the field of interior design went to Lemon Interior Design, and was handed to Elena Oancea, co-founder of the company.
