During the Real Estate Magazine Gala 2021, which took place on November 25, the best performing companies and the most important real estate executives were awarded.
Over 100 nominees entered the competition. One United Properties received four major trophies: "Residential Developer of the Year", "Residential Project of the Year - One Verdi Park", ”Investor of the Year”, ”Real Estate Personalities of the Year” for the co-founders Victor Căpitanu și Andrei Diaconescu.
Lemon Interior Design was also awarded during the gala with ”The most appreciated premium design studio”.
Over 100 nominees entered the 18 categories competition. The winners in each category were chosen following a judging process. Among the members of the jury were executives with long experience in the local real estate market, together with the editor-in-chief of Real Estate Magazine.
