In an interview for Forbes Romania's special project, Forbes Forward, Elena Oancea talks about the measures the company Lemon Interior Design has taken in this period.
The first ones have targeted the protection of employees, finding solutions for remote working, as well as applying protective measures where required.
“We meet virtually with our team, with our clients and we have quickly adapted to the new communication tools in order to maintain the workflow. From the very beginning, we have applied the authorities’ instructions and we have informed the employees and partners about the importance of working from home, the importance of distancing and limitation of meetings”,
says Elena.
As for the workflow, the co-founder of Lemon Interior Design admits that a great part of the design work can be done online, while the necessary visits on site have undergone strict protective and hygiene measurements for the best and safest delivery of the current projects.
“Everyone can get involved in society by showing that they are responsible, giving help to anyone in need, making a donation no matter how small. The power of community can work wonders”.
