Mirroring
Mirroring explores the relationship between the artwork, its surroundings and the viewer. By incorporating reflective stainless steel surfaces into its sculptural composition, the work introduces a changing visual dimension, shaped by light, movement and perspective.
The sculpture invites viewers to become part of the visual experience, as reflections continuously alter the relationship between the object and its environment.
Through this interaction, Mirroring highlights the ability of contemporary sculpture to create new connections between art, people and space.
