In an analysis made by business publication Profit.ro, One United Properties ranks top 5 most expensive homes sold last year in Bucharest and holds a record selling for the Romanian real estate market.

One Floreasca City, One Herăstrău Towers, and One Herăstrău Park lead the top with landmark residential properties sold last year.

The most expensive property sold in 2019 is a penthouse located in One Floreasca City. The developer One United Properties has signed the documents for the sale of the apartment located on the 20th floor of the highest of the three residential towers within the complex. The price of 6.8 million euros, excluding VAT, is a record for the Romanian real estate market. The penthouse will have an area of over 1000 square meters, 9 meters long and 3 meters wide swimming pool, placed right inside the living room whose height was designed to be 7 meters. The panorama over the city and the 360-degree view is ensured thanks to the glass that will cover the entire building.

The second place in the top is also occupied by an apartment on the last floor of the same project, One Floreasca City, which was traded, through the agency SKIA Real Estate, at a price of 3.5 million euros, without VAT. It has over 600 square meters and is located on the 15th floor of the first residential tower. With a panoramic view over the Floreasca neighborhood, the living area is 3.8 meters high and has an area of 132 square meters; it also includes a "hobby room" with another 46 square meters and the dining area of 38 square feet. The 4 generous bedrooms are separated from the living area by compartmentalization designed to provide privacy at any time of the day.

The third in the ranking is a penthouse within One Herăstrău Towers, with prospects to the lake and Herăstrău Park, which sold at a price of 2.3 million euros, excluding VAT. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of Tower A, benefiting from an open space totaling 508 square meters and a living area of 3.9 meters in height. The terrace with a surface of 250 square meters offers the opportunity to integrate a garden or a relaxation space, while an indoor swimming pool is also designed.

The fourth place is occupied by the penthouse located on the 12th floor of body B within One Herăstrău Towers and was sold for 1.9 million euros, excluding VAT, while the fifth one is a penthouse within One Herăstrău Park, traded at the end of 2019 at a price of 1.7 million euros, excluding VAT.

The most expensive ten homes sold last year in Bucharest have a cumulative value of about 19.5 million euros, according to the data collected by Profit.ro. Six of them are penthouses in exclusive areas.
