ELLE and Bucharest Real Estate Club (BREC) invited six women who occupy top positions in the Romanian real estate industry to talk about the lessons they have learned in their career years and the path they pursued to success.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, is among the women who have opened up about their career in the real estate industry and the most important lessons learned over the years.

The presence of women in management and top management roles in the real estate sector is not a rarity and Romania counts as a balanced market from this point of view. According to BREC, women who own or have top management roles in large real estate companies or real estate investment funds manage both large investments and real estate assets totaling over EUR 5 billion.
