March brought a new opportunity for authentic dialogue at BREC Women, an event dedicated to female leadership and the balance between professional and personal life.
We were honored to have Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division at One United Properties, among the invited speakers. She spoke about the trust she places in her team, about empathy, perseverance, and the importance of team spirit – values that shape the way we build and grow every day, both as individuals and as an organization.
