At the ZF Residential Market Trends 2025 conference, organized by Ziarul Financiar, Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO of the Residential Division at One United Properties, spoke about Bucharest’s transformation potential and the importance of a legislative framework that supports sustainable development.
“And if there are cities where successful models already exist, where things are happening, why not go further, borrow those ideas, and help Bucharest – a historic city – evolve even more for the better?”
Her message emphasized the urgent need for urban modernization through projects focused on quality of life, urban regeneration, and community integration. Bucharest has the potential to become a model city for the region, and the evolution of the residential market plays a key role in that process.
