Dedicated to those seeking balance and vitality, this event highlighted the essential connection between healthy nutrition, inner balance, and everyday performance.
The panel was moderated by Alina Epure, CEO of Nutribalance and PhD in Medical Sciences, who guided the conversation with clarity and insight. Guest speakers Andreea Răducan, Olympic Champion, Nicolae Lică, Executive Chef, Iulia Popa, Menopause Coach & Fitness Specialist, and Daciana Ispir, Health Coach & Metabolic Balance Adviser, shared valuable perspectives from elite sports, medicine, nutrition, and culinary excellence.
