We are proud to announce that One Cotroceni Park has received the Innovative Architecture award at the Iconic Awards 2024!
This project reimagines a former 5.5-hectare industrial site as a fully integrated urban neighborhood, developed around the live / work / play concept, with over 250,000 sqm of office, residential, and commercial spaces. The office building, LEED v4 Platinum certified, features flexible layouts, green terraces, and cutting-edge technologies, all designed to enhance employee comfort and wellbeing. The residential component has received the Green Homes pre-certification, reflecting our strong commitment to sustainability.
