One United Properties got involved in the Real Estate Academy educational program initiated by the Bucharest Real Estate Club (BREC). This program offers special learning modules that feature some of the best professionals in the private sector who share their valuable knowledge and experience in the market.
Andrei Diaconescu, co-founder and co-CEO of One United Properties, was present during these courses to talk about the concept of sustainable mixed-use real estate developments, about how they are conceived and built in the urban landscape, about benefits for the city and residents and how they can change the lives of the inhabitants for the better.
