reConstruct Forum 2023 - State of Real Estate - Build for the Future, an event organized by wall-street.ro and start-up.ro, took place on June 13 and 14 and brought together mobility, construction, and real estate experts, as well as central authorities, who discussed how cities can be transformed.
Simona Văleanu, Executive Manager, Arch. Urb. X Architecture and Engineering was present in the discussion panel dedicated to the sustainable development of cities. Sustainability begins in the cities, in the development of alternative transport, in a city for people, where future real estate projects consider long-term profit and community development. Cities are not only transformed, but they are also regenerated, and neighborhoods become communities around real estate projects that take sustainability into account.
