The 14th gala of the CIJ Awards Romania took place on January 18, in Bucharest. During the traditional event organized by CIJ Europe, the most important players in the real estate industry in the region were awarded. One United Properties received two major awards at the gala: ”Best Residential Developer” Award and ”Best Co-Working Community” Award for the mixed-use development One Floreasca City.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division, and Mihai Păduroiu, CEO Office Division were present at the event to receive the two awards. The gala was even more important as this year CIJ Europe celebrates 26 years of activity as a publisher and provider of real estate news and organizer of events for the real estate industry.
