This year's edition of the Real Estate Gala celebrated the most important real estate companies and executives who contributed to the development of the market with high quality products and services. Held under the concept of sustainability, both in the finalist selection stage and in the judging stage, the Gala aimed to recognize those players with a sustainable vision for a healthy real estate sector.
One United Properties was named the residential developer of the year 2022, with landmark sustainable projects integrating a contemporary design and community-centred concepts. During this event, the developer also received the award for the Urban Regeneration Project of the Year, for One Cotroceni Park, a large-scale multifunctional development that, once completed, will bring added value to the entire district.
