One United Properties was honored with two major awards at the 20th edition of the SEE Real Estate Awards Gala – a landmark event for the real estate industry in Southeast Europe.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO of the Residential Division, took the stage to accept both trophies on behalf of the company.
Marketta Food Hall – awarded Future Retail Project of the Year, is the most ambitious food hall concept in the region and part of the One Gallery development. Spanning over 6,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor space, featuring restaurants, terraces, co-working areas, and a members-only speakeasy bar, Marketta is set to redefine the urban dining and social experience in Bucharest.
Victor Căpitanu – co-founder and co-CEO of One United Properties, received the Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his outstanding contribution to the growth and transformation of Romania’s real estate market. The award was accepted on his behalf by Beatrice Dumitrașcu.
