The former Ford factory, a historic building with a significant history in the evolution of Floreasca district, will re-enter the public circuit with One United Properties' decision to buy and restore it.
Under the name One Gallery, the new concept space will host retail spaces, with luxury shops and restaurants with large terraces, which will be distributed on the ground floor and first floor.
The latest issue of ELLE Decoration magazine takes a foray into the past of the Ford factory and its significance for Bucharest and, at the same time, takes a look into the future at the renovated space that will become an integrated part of the mixed development One Floreasca City. The building is estimated to be received within 2 years, it will have a GLA of approximately 13,000 sqm and 400 parking spaces built on 2 underground floors.
