Ziarul Financiar conducted a real estate analysis dedicated to residential transactions in the Bucharest market from the beginning of the year until now.
Penthouses in the Floreasca Quarter, as well as villas in Primăverii or Aviatorilor were the most expensive properties traded in the first seven months of 2022, according to ZF.
The 12 residential buildings in ZF top amount to almost EUR 30 million transactions, of which more than a third are represented by the two penthouses at One Verdi Park, developed by One United Properties on Barbu Văcărescu.
One United Properties is present in ZF top 12 with 6 other residential units in the developments such as One Mircea Eliade, One Modrogan, One Floreasca Vista, One Peninsula, One Verdi Park.
