What are the costs of the GeoExchange solution?

The system has a transparent pricing structure, divided into two stages: an initial period with a fixed rate plus consumption cost, followed by a second stage in which only the cost of consumption will be paid. Thus, costs are predictable and sustainable in the long term.

The supply fee of approx. 2.76 RON/m²/month per beneficiary represents the supply services, intellectual property, co-investment and total guarantee on the thermal energy production facilities.

Consumption cost represents a calculation of consumption at the individual level (per beneficiary) and the share of consumption with common spaces based on the undivided share.
