GeoExchange is a modern system that uses the energy stored in the ground to provide space heating and cooling, as well as hot water. The technology uses high-efficiency ground-to-water heat pumps and helps reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions and long-term costs.
The solution is already implemented in landmark residential projects such as One High District, One Lake District, One Lake Club and supports the achievement of nZEB (nearly zero energy) standards.

What are the costs of the GeoExchange solution?
The system has a transparent pricing structure, divided into two stages: an initial period with a fixed rate plus consumption cost, followed by a second stage in which only the cost of consumption will be paid. Thus, costs are predictable and sustainable in the long term.
The supply fee of approx. 2.82 RON/m²/month per beneficiary represents the supply services, intellectual property, co-investment and total guarantee on the thermal energy production facilities.
Consumption cost represents a calculation of consumption at the individual level (per beneficiary) and the share of consumption with common spaces based on the undivided share.
