North Gate is one of the top office developments in the Metropolitan North area, at 2.2 km (2 min. driving) from Promenada Shopping Mall and Aurel Vlaicu subway.

It has a leasable area (GLA) of 23,000 sqm and 504 parking spaces (260 underground and 244 outside), with a total built area of 35,000 sqm developed over a plot of land of 12,000 sqm. One North Gate is divided into 2 buildings.

North Gate was developed in 2007, and purchased by One United Properties in 2017.

About the neighbourhood

Metropolitan North area is one of the city’s most dynamic locations within the office segment attracting a lot of new investors and businesses in the past couple of years. Pipera is located in the northeast of Bucharest about four kilometers from the city centre. Transport links are excellent, and both of Bucharest’s airports can be reached in about 15 minutes.
