One Cotroceni Park, a mixed-use real estate project developed by One United Properties on a 5.8 hectare plot of land in Bucharest, will include a retail area with an area of almost 15,000 square meters, comparable to that of a medium-sized commercial center. The mixed-use project aims to convert the former Ventilator platform into a modern urban landscape.
One Cotroceni Park will benefit from a retail area of 15,000 square meters, representing over 10% of the developed area, which will serve 10,000 people who will work and live in the project, as well as the residents of the Cotroceni area - September 13, through a new series of concepts and facilities specially designed for this location.
