Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, was present at the BREC conference dedicated to the real estate market and the prospects for 2022. "What's next in real estate in 2022?" gathered specialists in the field who analysed the current context of the real estate sector, which is continuing its development in our country.
Developers are increasingly focusing on delivering state-of-the-art projects with important strategies for innovation and digitization.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu pointed out that the area of industrial platforms becomes interesting, as they have been traded over time, but have not been so much developed. One such example is One Cotroceni Park, a multifunctional complex developed on the site of the former Ventilatorul platform.
"This project is proof that we can have everything close by. It is the first big project developed by us in the medium-plus segment, which we have recently entered, and we realize that there are many more areas in Bucharest that can be developed in the same direction, in order to avoid the congestion in the north. I think that if these areas were developed, the infrastructure would be much friendlier."
