"Strong back and vulnerable chest" was the theme of the second offline edition of Forbes Power Breakfast this season. The event, organized by Forbes Romania, had Beatrice Dumitrascu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, as a speaker.
In an informal setting, over a good cup of coffee to inspire and energize, the guests discussed principles, values, and teamwork, but also about emotions, enthusiasm, and empathy that make us human and vulnerable.

One of the most important topics discussed was the balance between strength and vulnerability. In a world where we need to be strong and protect our interests, it is important not to forget that we are also human beings with emotions and vulnerabilities. Beatrice Dumitrașcu emphasized the importance of being authentic and embracing vulnerability in order to build strong and trustworthy relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
