At “Green solutions for commerce, industry, and buildings” conference organized by Energynomics, Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, spoke about the importance of sustainable solutions in real estate, but also about One Peninsula project, which uses geothermal resources.
”We started to build sustainably from our first project. We joined the Romanian Green Building Council (RoGBC), and from the very beginning, we adopted sustainability policies at all levels. Consumers are much more careful when making acquisitions, and we have adapted every time, regardless of the segment we have entered, so that people would benefit from technology and beautiful architecture, quality, and sustainable buildings. One Peninsula project is certified as green, it has geothermal heat pumps, which help the end-user to have cold air during summer and heating during winter, reducing costs by up to 50% on utility bills”,
Beatrice Dumitrașcu stated.
