Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, talked to wall-street.ro about women in management. This talk is part of a series of interviews with spectacular women in business.
The residential was the star of the real estate market in 2021, and Beatrice points out that last year was an exceptional one for One United Properties group and for her division, especially taking into consideration the official results announced on Bursa de Valori București.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu states that her position is the result of personal determination and hard work and her present title was never an objective, especially because she likes to be hands-on with as many aspects of business as possible.
„I believe that, whether you are a woman or a man, it all depends on your level of empathy, which may be higher or lower, on your negotiating skills, which may be more or less impressive, and the results are based on how suitable you are for the position you are in, how well you know what you are selling,”
says Beatrice Dumitrașcu.
