The real estate consulting company CBRE will move its headquarters this summer.
CBRE will be hosted in One Tower, the green office building developed by One United Properties within the multifunctional project One Floreasca City, in the heart of Floreasca Quarter.
"The office building has an occupancy rate of 65%. The tenants are already working on arranging the spaces. Among the future tenants, there are advertising, law, pharmacy, consulting, real estate companies.",
