One United Properties wants to donate a space in One Cotroceni Park Office, for the relocation of the students in I.G. Duca School, during the consolidation of the building classified in the seismic risk category.
Ziarul Financiar reports on One United Properties’ intention to donate a space at One Cotroceni Park for the students from I.G. Duca Secondary School. Starting this autumn, they could move to the office building near Academiei metro station, for a period of two years, during which the current building, classified in a second-degree seismic risk category, will be consolidated and modernized.
"We are discussing moving the students of I.G. Duca School to One Cotroceni Park development, but at the moment there are still procedural elements that must be completed for this to happen",
Andrei Diaconescu, co-founder of One United Properties, explained for Ziarul Financiar.
If approved, the developer will provide the school with an area of 1,390 square meters for a period of two years, free of charge, without collecting rent. Leasing fares in One Cotroceni Park are about 15 euros/sqm/month, so the school saves over 500,000 euros. In addition, One United Properties will also donate another 350,000 euros for the interior design, while the furniture will be moved by the school.
