Recently, at ONE Tower, we hosted an event for our ONE Community members on the “Hidden Costs of Hybrid Work.”
The event began by discussing the rise of hybrid work and its challenges, stressing the importance of maintaining a connection to the work environment.
Dr. Lavinia Tânculescu-Popa, a renowned psychologist, shared insights on how hybrid work affects mental health, highlighting increased stress, anxiety, and the potential for isolation. She noted that while working from home offers flexibility, it can blur the lines between work and personal life.
The event concluded with a networking session where members exchanged ideas and solutions for improving the hybrid work model, fostering stronger relationships and a better working environment for all.
