One Cotroceni Park, the biggest urban regeneration project in Bucharest, will be directly connected to Academia Militara metro station.
Prime Minister Ludovic Orban and the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure, and Communications, Lucian Bode, checked today, 16th of April 2020, the status of the works at the M5 subway, the section of Raul Doamnei - Eroilor.
The Prime Minister asked the contractors to honor the contractual deadlines for the completion of the works, namely the end of June 2020 for trafficking and stressed that the Executive will provide all the necessary resources.
One Cotroceni Park, the biggest urban regeneration project in Bucharest, will be directly connected to Academia Militara metro station. Works at the first phase of the office development, an 80,000 sqm business park, are underway, scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2021.
The residential component is also due to start this year.
