The residential development taking shape on the shores of Lake Floreasca is designed as a luxury residential compound, located in a quiet and exclusive area with lots of greenery.
One Floreasca Vista is, first of all, adaptive, joining the very current theme of urban regeneration. The adaptive character of the development comes from solving the difficulties of location and integration of the building with a reduced height regime. The configuration of the apartments is also adaptive. One Floreasca Vista is a boutique project where almost all apartments are unique, customized according to the slope of the land, resulting in duplexes with an interesting opening to their own gardens.
