One Mamaia Nord has been awarded the Gold Winner title at the prestigious C-IDEA Design Award 2025, standing out among entries from over 40 countries judged by a panel of 43 international experts.
The award celebrates not only the architectural vision and execution but also the strong collaboration between the teams behind the project.
Developed by One United Properties, the project brought together X ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING CONSULT (architecture & facade), CONCEPT STRUCTURE (structure), Lemon Interior Design (interiors), and COM-TID ENGINEERING (MEP).
This recognition reinforces One Mamaia Nord’s role as a benchmark for contemporary design on the Romanian seaside.
