Over 32,000 square meters of offices within One Cotroceni Park project have been contracted, as more and more companies are looking to rent new buildings.
"The first phase of One Cotroceni Park offices reached a rental rate of over 70%. We signed many contracts in December. There is still a need for office space in the market, but now companies are demanding even better working conditions",
Victor Căpitanu, co-founder of One United Properties, said in a discussion with Ziarul Financiar.
The mixed-use project One Cotroceni Park is designed under the Live/Work/Play holistic approach, offering to both employees and residents integrated amenities from food to fitness and services to outdoor running and biking tracks. The project targets LEED PLATINUM certification and is also to be WELL certified, with emphasis on the employee experience, level of health, and happiness.
One Cotroceni Park is the largest urban regeneration development in the centre of Bucharest, composed of an Office Park with sustainable, Platinum rated office spaces and an exclusive residential village, both complemented by generous commercial facilities including shopping, food, medical, children and sport venues.
