Business platform Profit.ro relates a recent sale record on the Romanian real estate market.
One United Properties has closed a record sales deal for the most expensive penthouse sold by the company so far: the developer will collect 6.8 million euros, excluding VAT, for a penthouse on the 20th floor of One Mircea Eliade.
One United Properties is currently developing three apartment towers (One Mircea Eliade) and an office building (One Tower) within the multifunctional project One Floreasca City. The basements of the buildings have been finalized, while the structure is now 80% completed and the façade is to be fitted.
The most expensive apartment in the compound is the penthouse on the 20th floor, sold for 6.87 million euros, excluding VAT, or over 8 million euros with VAT included. The price includes furniture and interior design by Lemon Interior Design. This is a record price for the Romanian real estate market.
”The sales rate for One Mircea Eliade is 3-4 apartments per month. We have reached about 200 apartments contracted so far, including the penthouse on the 20th floor, which sold at a record price of 6.87 million euros, plus VAT ”,
