The Financial Market Awards Gala, now in its 28th edition, awarded the performances of 2023, in the business and financial fields. The Best in BUSINESS award, Company of the year in Real Estate was awarded to One United Properties.
The company has had a spectacular evolution in recent years, and in the first nine months of 2023 it reported a consolidated turnover of 1.15 billion lei, which represents an increase of 27% compared to the same period in 2022, and a gross profit of 411.3 million lei, up 7%. 2023 is thus shaping up to be a landmark year for One United Properties, which is on schedule to deliver nearly 1,500 residential units to its customers, a significant achievement boosted by the efficient management of seven active construction sites simultaneously.
Also, in 2023 One United Properties continued its efforts to get involved in the preservation of historical heritage by starting large-scale projects, such as the restoration of Ford Hall or One Athénée, and at the same time made its debut in the hospitality market with the announcement of bringing to Bucharest the well-known international hotel brand Mondrian.
