One United Properties, the real estate developer controlled by Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, has completed and develops real estate projects of one billion euros, according to the calculations made by ZF, taking into account the works already started at One Floreasca City and which will start at One Cotroceni Park, Plumbuita Lake, One Verdi Park, and other smaller projects within the portfolio.
