Victor Căpitanu explained for Forbes that One United Properties is in advanced negotiations for 10 properties, with the potential to develop over 10.000 apartments.
The 10 projects are mainly aimed at the development of residential properties for middle and high-income clients. The developments will cover more than 1 million square meters of space to be built over the next seven years.
The real estate developer One United Properties announced after the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), that negotiations for 10 future developments are in an advanced phase, with discussions or early negotiations for other properties, over 20 in number.
