At the end of January 2023, One United Properties obtained a maximum score of 10/10 in the VEKTOR assessment carried out by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR). The VEKTOR assessment indicates the level of investor communication of listed entities.
Since listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, One United Properties has consistently applied best practices in investor relations, ensuring open communication with all the investors. Some of the actions include ensuring high-quality financial reporting, organization of the financial results conference calls both in English and Romanian, regular participation in international and local roadshows, and keeping investors constantly up-to-date about the significant developments that can be relevant for shareholders and the market.
In 2022 alone, One United Properties issued 100 current reports covering a wide variety of issues, starting with financial results, sustainability and ESG-related updates, new developments’ permitting, and updates on the outcome of litigations, just to mention a few.
