Join us for the 2025 edition of One United Properties’ Capital Markets Day, a live Q&A-driven event where we reconnect with investors, analysts, and partners to reflect on the progress made since the launch of the ONE 2030 Blueprint and share updated perspectives on our financial and strategic targets.

This year’s event marks a strategic checkpoint – one year after we unveiled the ONE 2030 Blueprint and our long-term vision for growth across residential, office, and commercial segments.

This year, all updates will be shared in a Q&A format, with a mix of pre-prepared and live investor questions. We welcome your questions in advance when registering.

Property Tours

In the afternoon of September 11th, from 15:00 to 18:00, we are delighted to offer a limited number of guided tours to selected One United Properties developments, including both completed and under-construction projects across the residential and office segments.

This exclusive tour to visit One Gallery, One Lake District, One High District and One Athénée is available only to registered participants. Since the spots are limited, we strongly encourage you to secure your place in advance when completing your registration.
