One United Properties S.A., together with its affiliates, partners, and collaborators, has launched the One Community Program under which it wishes to offer customers (individuals or legal entities) the opportunity to benefit from certain facilities when purchasing goods or services.
This document regulates the terms and conditions of the One Community Program, respectively, the manner, period, and conditions under which ONE customers and cardholders will be able to benefit from the above-mentioned facilities ("Terms and Conditions").
By using the ONE cards as follows, the holders of these cards agree to the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions document may be modified from time to time by One United Properties S.A., an updated form of which may be accessed at any time on the one.ro website.
In order to carry out the One Community Program, OUP has concluded collaboration agreements with its partners providing products and / or services, through which the latter have expressed their agreement on offering facilities to ONE cardholders who present these cards in the partners' locations and by which the conditions for offering these facilities were agreed.
The list of partners - suppliers of goods and services - participating in the One Community Program, the locations where the One Community Program takes place as well as the description of the facilities offered by these partners for presenting ONE cards can be consulted and found by accessing one.ro
Customers will be able to benefit from the facilities offered by the partners - suppliers of goods and services of the OUP - during the validity period of the One Community Program by presenting in the locations of these partners the ONE cards received from the OUP and its affiliates.
Given that the One Community Program is based on the common intention of the OUP and its partners - suppliers of goods and services - to participate in the program, ONE cardholders need to know that any partner can decide to leave the program and can decide changing the facilities granted by ONE cardholders. In such a situation, the list of partners and facilities offered through the ONE Community Program will be periodically updated on the one.ro website. Also, the list of partners and facilities will be updated each time a new partner enters the program - provider of goods and / or services.
For complete and up-to-date information on the One Community Program, we recommend that ONE cardholders regularly access the one.ro website.
Clients and ONE cardholders should be aware that the intention of the OUP and its partners is to keep the ONE Community Program active for as long as possible, but the OUP reserves the right to decide to discontinue the program at any time by informing Customers and Holders. ONE cards regarding such termination through the one.ro website.
If the ONE cardholder loses the card, the OUP must be notified immediately in order to cancel that card and prevent its use by an unauthorized person. In such a situation, the OUP may, at its discretion, send another ONE card to the customer.
OUP does not assume any responsibility and any obligation towards the Clients and the holders of the ONE cards in the situation in which the facilities mentioned on the one.ro website will not be effectively granted by the partners - suppliers of goods and services.
