Mr. Dirk Pahlke was a Global Partner of Rothschild & Co until the end of 2023 where he worked for nearly 30 years based in Frankfurt and, earlier in his career, London.
He has 30 years of experience in European and global corporate finance and M&A with a strong transaction track record, in particular, in the real estate, transport & logistics as well as business services industry verticals. At Rothschild & Co, among other leadership positions, he was head of M&A in the German-speaking countries. Over time, he advised on more than 150 successful transactions and was recognized as one of the leading M&A dealmakers in 2019 and 2022 for the EMEA region (MergerLinks).
In relation to the real estate sector, Dirk Pahlke advised on more than 25 successful transactions across the residential, lodging, commercial, logistics and industrial property space. He advised corporate and financial investors, including property developers, portfolio holders as well as asset managers and property servicers. His range of transactions includes public and private deals either on the sell- or buyside, financing and restructuring assignments.
In the early 1990’s he read Business Economics at the University of Durham, England.
Mr. Dirk Pahlke was appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of One United Properties on 25.04.2024 and his current mandate is until 25.04.2025.
