As a proof for this commitment, Garanti Bank prolongs the company's partnership with One United Properties, a leading real estate developer in Bucharest.
Garanti Bank started its collaboration with the real estate company in 2009, contributing to their promise of accelerating the adoption of building practices that result in energy-efficient, healthier and environmentally sustainable buildings. Since the begining of this partnership, Garanti Bank granted One United Properties loans in total amount of more than 30 million Euro, the financing being used for developing premium sustainable residential compounds.

One Herastrau Park is the first residential complex in Bucharest with "Green Homes" certification, Excellence level, from Romania Green Building Council.
Earlier this year, Garanti Bank has become a member of the Romanian Green Building Council (RoGBC), confirming the financial institution's commitment to support sustainability in the construction and real estate industry in Romania.
