One Floreasca Lake is a residential compound with 68 apartments with beautiful panoramic view of the Floreasca Lake. The first two buildings (42 residential units totaling 9,000 sqm) were completed in June 2013. The third building (26 units totaling 6,000 sqm) was completed in August 2015.
