One United Properties manages the building for a private investor.
As One United Properties bought Office1 building built by Conarg in Aviation area of Bucharest, the building name was changed to One Herăstrău Office and it has a leasable area of 8,000 sqm and a rental rate of 20% at present.
The building was completed at the beginning of this year by Conrag and has two important One United Properties residential developments nearby: One Herăstrău Towers and One Herastrau Vista, located 200 meters away.
The company has thus enlarged its office portfolio with a project with high-growth potential, considering that a complete occupancy rate within a year will increase the value of the building.
