The seventh edition Forbes Best Office Buildings Gala - The New Way of Life & Work 2021 gathered in a hybrid format the most relevant Romanian real estate developers and projects in the office segment, discussing the latest trends on the markets and the current needs of companies and employees as well. The Gala also awarded the top players in the market. One United Properties was awarded for developing the most ambitious urban regeneration mixed-use project in Bucharest: One Cotroceni Park.
Mihai Păduroiu, CEO Office Division One United Properties was present at the Gala to receive One United Properties award. He also discussed the changes in the company‘s strategy and the need of the tenants.
”I would say that from the perspective of the companies we interact with, the potential tenants in our office portfolio, the list of priorities on their agenda has changed when looking for a new office space. Some of the most important elements when discussing this is flexibility and the need for sanitary comfort, GREEN certification, which today has become a standard. That has changed and obviously we are also obliged to adapt and change the offer we come up with. What hasn't changed? First of all, the need for people to have a high-performance and quality work environment. This need has not changed and will not change. The basic need has not disappeared. Our appetite to develop and create projects that give value to the city, to the community, mixed projects that also contain residential, commercial and office functions has certainly not changed, on the contrary”,
