One United Properties holds the record for the largest residential transaction of the year for two penthouses in One Mircea Eliade, the residential compound of the mixed-use project One Floreasca City.
The company has recently sold two 600 sqm penthouses in the internationally awarded project, and the value of these amounts to EUR 7.2 million plus VAT.
The two penthouses measure 600 sqm each plus terraces, are 4 meters high, and worth EUR 3.6 million each. One of them is located on the 15th floor and the other on the 19th. The two apartments in One Mircea Eliade have a 360-degree panorama of Bucharest and spectacular views over Floreasca Lake and Park. Each of them occupies an entire floor. The owners of the two penthouses have also signed interior design contracts with Lemon Interior Design, on an extra budget for complete living space design.
One Floreasca City also includes One Tower, a 24,000 sqm office building, as well as a retail component on the former Ford hall – in a partnership with Auchan.
