Moderator:

  • Răzvan Pascu is an entrepreneur and tourism marketing consultant, known for his work in the travel, lifestyle and destination promotion areas, FORBES "30 under 30" alumni and Travel Personality of The Year in 2019.

He is the founder of the PR agency Travel Communication Romania and works as a communications specialist for the tourism and hospitality industry. He recently launched NOZOMI Travel Society, a travel agency specializing in exotic destinations and premium group travel to far-flung destinations.

Through his projects, he promotes premium travel experiences, exotic destinations and a lifestyle connected to exploration, business and culture.

Speakers & guests:

  • Cristina Roșu is an elegant presence in the equestrian lifestyle area in Romania, associated with refinement, nature and passion for horses.

At Singureni Manor, she has created an exclusive universe close to Bucharest, where relaxation, fine gastronomy and equestrian sport combine in a premium experience. Cristina is the founder of the Singureni Polo Sports Club Association and captain of the Singureni Manor Polo Club team, a team that has represented Romania in international polo competitions. Singureni Manor Polo Cup, the competition hosted on the estate, reaches its third edition this year.

Through her activity, Cristina Roșu promotes a sophisticated, elegant lifestyle and connected to the world of horseback polo.

  • Ana Rubeli is the founder of the Cultural Association "Aici a Stat" and one of the active voices in the revalorization of the built heritage in Romania. She is the author of the book "Mahalale de patrimoniu" and the initiator of an annual classical music festival dedicated to the dialogue between historical spaces, heritage and prominent personalities of our past.

With over 12 years of experience in leadership in international organizations and in the actuarial field, she approaches heritage as a fragile national asset, with a real risk of extinction. To mitigate this risk, she has built a community of over 80,000 people through #Aiciastat, bringing forgotten buildings to the forefront through archival research, photography, guided tours and musical evenings in heritage spaces.

Her projects create a contemporary format of cultural consumption, in which architecture, intangible heritage and classical music meet, transforming the past into a relevant experience for the present.

  • Mirela Dogărescu is part of a new generation of tourism entrepreneurs who choose to get involved beyond business. At Lacu Sărat, she contributes to the development of a destination with tradition, but forgotten by time. As Co-Owner and Marketing Director at Alma Health & Spa Retreat, she plays an essential role in positioning one of the most important spa tourism projects developed in Romania in recent years and in bringing the resort back on the health tourism map.

A graduate of the Faculty of Marketing at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and the Marketing Management master's program at the University of Westminster in London, she is involved in the development of Alma Health & Spa Retreat, a family project dedicated to the revitalization of spa tourism, opened in 2022.

Her approach is based on authenticity and building real relationships with guests, team and partners. In his vision, modern spa tourism starts from understanding individual needs and creates experiences that combine health, relaxation and reconnecting with oneself.

Beyond the development of the project itself, through the communication and positioning strategy that he coordinates, Alma Health & Spa Retreat contributes to revitalizing the entire Lacu Sărat destination.

  • With over 20 years of experience in management positions, both in the public and private sectors, Oana Zaharia has consolidated her solid skills in the coordination and development of complex organizations. Her activity covers areas such as monument protection, tourism valorization of heritage, cultural projects, public procurement and strategic management.

Currently, she focuses on developing innovative financing mechanisms for the restoration of national heritage, as well as on promoting heritage education, through projects with national and international impact.

Oana Zaharia is the interim Manager of the National Heritage Institute. Previously, she headed, for three and a half years, the Administration of Monuments and Tourist Heritage within the Bucharest City Hall, and later served as cultural advisor to the President of the Constanța County Council. She is a graduate of the Romanian-American University of Bucharest, with studies in economics, specializing in Managerial Informatics.
