Part of One Cotroceni Park - the largest multifunctional urban regeneration project developed in Bucharest - is currently being sold by One United Properties, the amount to be invested in the further development of the compound.
Profit.ro exclusive article reveals that One United Properties intends to raise capital worth EUR 25 million by selling 28% of the companies controlling One Cotroceni Park office component. The two partners – One United and Element Invest – have decided to raise EUR 25 million for the project development, through a capital increase that will result in selling 28% of One Cotroceni Park Office and One Cotroceni Park Office Phase 2 shares. Therefore, One United will own 56% of the office component, Element Invest Partners 16%, and minority investors the remaining 28%.
