Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, and Elena Oancea, co-founder Lemon Interior Design, were invited at ZF Live show to discuss the specifics of a luxury residential project in a historic area.
Projects such as One Athénée or One Modrogan require increased attention both in terms of architecture and interior design, because of their exclusive concepts and locations.
Beatrice Dumitrașcu explained for ZF Live that such historic buildings as the recent acquisition of One United Properties in the center of Bucharest deserve the attention of developers as they need to be restored to their former brilliance and value. At the same time, Elena Oancea added that the challenges for designers working with renovated historic buildings come precisely from the desire to preserve elements of the original architecture and mix them with contemporary accents.
