Romanian developer One United Properties has begun preparations for the construction of One Herăstrău Towers, a multifunctional real estate project. The company received the building permit at the end of last year and, according to the builder, the project will be completed in 24 months.
The assembly is a multifunctional one and will be made up of a residential, an office and a commercial area;
Of 139 housing units, only 39 are available at the moment;
The project follows the urban regeneration line adopted by the developer and will be constructed on the site of an abandoned building.

The residential component of One Herăstrău Towers will contain 139 dwellings, of which only 39 are available at this moment.
"One United Properties is nowadays a benchmark of the real estate market in Romania, a stable partner who has loyal customers due to the highest standards of project implementation, obvious quality of finishes, state-of-the-art technology, and the constant preoccupation for the development of green buildings. Thus, I reconfirm the reduced availability of the housing units in the portfolio, which is not a singular situation for ONE developments",
says Beatrice Dumitrașcu, VP Residential Sales One United Properties.
